39. personal attacks--for when you no longer have a point to make
he must feel powerless by Ronstadt's "performances", so since he has no logical point to make against her exercising her freedom of speech rights still guaranteed by our constitution, the best he can do to regain a lost sense of personal power is to attack Ronstadt personally on something that so far removed from the lack of a point on his part and has nothing to do with the situation.

I"m sure Linda's crying her eyes out over it... :eyes:

She's probably smiling big at how her record sales have jumped in the last 2 weeks...
