21. It's not necessary
for any Dem (and I've seen many do it) to say that * has good intentions. Apparently, they don't want to hit too hard for fear of alienating swing voters. But all they have to say in these situations is "I honestly don't know what his motives are, and I won't speculate on them. I only know the results of his actions." Then they should go on to explain the horrible results of every action taken by the baboon. Is that so hard?
