13. More likely a "Dennis Vacco"
He was the incumnbent NY AG that Spitzer beat in 1998. Vacco refused to concede for a week, and when he finally gave a "concession" he whined incessantly (and essentially continued to refuse to concede) for what seemed like hours. Fittingly, after he was thrown out of office, he went on the work for Waste Management, Inc. Of course, that was a company investigated by the NYAG during his tenure as AG.
