"I think that was one of your staff, Mister Secretary. I don't think that is appropriate."
That's approximate -- but that's what we heard Tim Russert say this morning toward the end of an interview with Secretary of State Colin Powell on Meet the Press. Russert had been hammering Powell with tough questions about Iraq -- -- when suddenly, the camera was taken off Powell and viewers were treated to a scenic shot of palm trees and the ocean as some testy conversation could be heard.
