157. Huh?
Diebold code- On an open, unprotected, FTP site. Free to the world, essentially. As I recall, Diebold whined, but this isn't one they can have a lot of luck with trying to nab someone. If they try, let's call for the logs of everyone who might have downloaded those files, from BEFORE Bev found them. That would include clueless election officials Diebold might have instructed to go there. But it's the ones with no official status I'm curious about. Discovery might be something Diebold wouldn't want.

Diebold memos- Seems Dennis Kucinich helped put an end to that attempt to silence the masses. Let's see, what outweighs here- Diebold's criminal actions or the citizens right to know why they don't have fair elections? Stuff gets leaked all the time to the press and others. Seems that's how some important stuff is found. Score one for democracy.

VoteHere Hack- Bev didn't bite. Why would anyone? VoteHere had announced to the world they would reveal their source code- although they have yet to put it ALL out there. But they are real good at getting the press to do PR for them.

So what kind of game are they playing? I can imagine that if they try the Diebold memo fishing expedition, they will have Kucinich all over them again. The code and VoteHere issues are so non-issues. Diebold takes the rap for the code and we'd really like to know if VoteHere filed a false complaint. It appears that VoteHere told everyone they knew who hacked and watched it happen. So, why all the intrigue now? Why act like they don't know? If they want to fish, they ought to be trolling in VoteHere's lake,
