13. The Bush administration would rather that Kerry had voted against the IWR.

Then they could paint him as a terrorist appeaser who personally allowed the evil Duers to bomb us. The fact that Kerry'll be ahead of Bush in the polls will make this a rather strange twist of logic. Why would terrorists encourage the continuation of an administration that created the war and occupation in the ME?
