Before the commercial, Woolsley (AN EX CIA-DIRECTOR!) said that this
Administration did not have information that planes would fly into the WTC. You could see Hart squirming as he talked, and the video panned away from him. But when it was his turn to respond he just downright said that it was the intelligence agency's job to get this kind of information and it was the administration's job to ask for it. He said it wasn't for Congress to be coming up with this information. It was the intelligence agency's job.
