11. Can't do it

Name one power that defeated a guerrilla insurgency with the support of a strong part of the population-that city has 250,000 people-we have 100,000 troops in country-our army is burned out-1/3 of the country hates us and the shia are close behind- 6/30 is a couple of months away and there is no plan that is cohesive-we broke Humpty-Dumpty and we can't put it together again. BTW we just spent our country into future social instability-we need to get out now because no more American lives will make it better-we have to beg the UN-it is the only hope we have
