More damn distraction to people from the actual facts. Fact. Eisenhower taxed the top tax bracket at 90%. Right wingers are calling Kerry a "tax and spend liberal" for suggesting a return to a 39.6% bracket. Kerry's ecomomic policy is far for Conservative than anything Goldwater ever suggested.

These scales are worthless with respect to the proper context of history.
