How would * respond to "domestic terra"

* hasn't had to worry about far-right militias or John Birchies trying to stage more OKC bombings. But what if, God forbid, another McVeigh comes along, or some militia nut from Montana or Idaho comes along and stages another attack? How would * respond to it? Would he apply the Patriot Act to them? Or would he go soft on them, so he doesn't risk sending the loony right to the Constitution Party?
