but i can't help but feel it's a little of he made his bed now he has to sleep in it. When has Stern ever supported anyone else's freedom of speech? In his many years of profiting from being an insensitive, bigoted, misogynistic ass, when has he ever done anything to promote civil rights? He even says he'd consider calling Bush and saying he'd support him if this would all go away. I remember Ed Asner calling his show one day and begging him to tell the truth about Iraq for his listeners sake. Stern made fun of him in his typical fashion and went on supporting the war. Suddenly he gets stuck by his own sword and he's crying about it. He is only interested in promoting himself. If he gets through this, does anyone think he's going to be some civil rights champion? I could be wrong but I doubt it.
