From that point until today, James R. Bath has been a protected insider of the Busholini Cabal. It's pretty clear the Bush and Bath were fellow druggies. It's pretty clear that Bush plea-bargained a drug bust for 6 months or more of community service in Houston. One could even guess they tried to have the specious "campaign work" credited as community service. A couple of weekend warriors probably thought the weekend was better spent snorting (and selling?) coke -- and got caught.
