Kerry would not have capitulated on the military ballots cast after the election.
OTOH, there may have not been a Florida debacle at all! One of the biggest turnoffs about Lieberman was his role to censor music and movies with Bill Bennett and Lynne Cheney. Lieberman's use of "GAWD" to punctuate his sentences was also a downer.
