Sell gun control as a registration attempt to protect their gun rights. Convince them that animal rights trump hunting rights. Remind them that backcountry hiking is better for them than hunting. Propose more wilderness land that prohibit 4wheelers so they can hike in and be more healthy. Assure them that gun bans help keep them on par with the would-be-assault-weapon-toten Jones.
