4. To prevent war, don't go to a war of choice.
Iran will bluster against the sanctions. The U.S. doesn't need to bluster. The WH doesn't need to bluster unless it wants a war -- one that the U.S. doesn't need.

Dubya committed sufficient war crimes to last us for the next century. ;-)
