8. RICO statutes.
Existing RICO statutes allow us to crminalize financial dealings with organizations that use criminal activity to make their money. Virtually every tenet that the republican party stands for is illegal, at least in the views of many courts. Therefore, we should start to pursue legal action against the financial interests. THAT'S how we ban a criminal presence. Pure and simple.
