Bush’s Incompetence Already Lasting Longer than his Term

Was Chief Justice John G. Roberts fumbling of the oath of office the first Republican sabotage of the Obama Administration? I’m sure the tin foil hats will read it that way, but I read it as symbolic of the continuing incompetence of Bush appointees. It means little in fact, but far more in symbol. Roberts isn’t leaving office, after all.
