Dear Mr. Schivo,
I apologize for Mel Martinez politicizing your late wifes condition for our party. Understanding that the autopsy has concluded that we were wrong and persuaded by the religious zealots of this country to trample on your rights of privacy and decision making for your wife. Please find it in your heart to forgive us for our transgressions and I vow to never speak of your private situation again in the public forum. I know I've been stubborn like my brother, the President, and not admitting my wrongs, but I wish to run for President so I don't want this looming in my political future, so I'll gracefully admit I was wrong. Can we please put this behind us? I really need to do something memorable that's positive before I leave my office.
