as she knew the clerk at the pharmacy...a girl she'd gone to high school with. Plus, there were other people in the store standing around while she was questioned by the pharmacist. Eckerd has never responded to my phone calls so I've made a written complaint to the corporate headquarters, hoping that a written account will have to be kept for legal reasons.
