I don't necessarily disagree with you. I would have to know the facts of what happened. The officers are generally trained to use it only if necessary. I have noticed an anti-police slant here sometimes.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. And, since Ashcroft became head prosecutor--I understand why skepticism is necessary.

Having said that, I am a prosecutor who is dating a cop and therefore on the inside looking out, so I have a different perspective. I am also a card-carrying liberal and proud of it.
