Outside agitators somehow make the Chechnyans mere dupes. It diminishes their rage and any Russian responsibility for it. Although, right now.....
It would be wrong to nuke Chechnya. I'm sure they have reasonable grievances.
Still, when their civilians are murdered, which I expect to happen soon....I might well be dry eyed.
What was the goal here? Has it been achieved?
