You wonder what the top brass even does anymore. Today there was a claim that field level officers started the Najef fight. I believe the same was said about Falluja at some point. They don't have anything to do with the prison abuse. Just what do Rummy and the boys do, except keep their desk's clean ("there were no plans to invade Iraq on my desk")?
