Homeland Security has announced that Labrador Retrievers have been conspiring to overthrow dog pounds in areas hit by Hurricane Charlie. Citizens of Florida suspected of harboring these canine terrorists can expect to have their homes searched without warrants as authorities search for evidence of the conspiracy.

The plot was uncovered when HS discovered 4 year old veterinary documents with paw prints all over them, and the FBI paw print center identified one set of prints as belonging to the doggie terrorist mastermind Panchita del Perra, a Labrador Retriever said to have been illegally smuggled into Texas from Northern Mexico.

Del Perra is a black Labrador Retriever that may be identified by her black fur. Anyone seeing a Labrador Retriever with black fur is requested to call authorities immediately.
