6. Bush certainly was strange at the G-8 press
whatever-that-was. He completely sidestepped the question, and the answer he did give was a lie. There have been memos leaked that show they were looking for a legal out to cover the treatment of the detainees. He said that he had told all to follow the US laws, and the memos seem to say that the US laws don't apply overseas. (I'm paraphrasing, I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say.) I really don't believe for a second that he doesn't know what is going on. I think some of the memos allude to W knowing what was happening. He is a devious sneak and a lousy liar, which explains his manic performances of late. He KNOWS that we KNOW that he KNOWS, and I think he and his lackeys are worried. They should be.
