It's sort of interesting that he wants the job.
I expect they will have a "private ceremony" deep in the bowels
of the Green Zone to install/appoint him.
Since we cannot provide security and have no effective authority
in most of Iraq, it's hard to figure exactly what he will "rule"
over, but since the main purpose of this is as a political fig-leaf
that does not matter.
