2. The policies of greed that come from the top are to blame
but they'll pick some middle manager to take the fall. They'll also give the BP a fine that to them is just a cost of doing business and probably even a tax writeoff. Japan used to charge the principals of the company for wrongdoings, I don't know if they do anymore but that is the way it should be. The policy setters should be charged, jailed, fined and the corporate charter revoked.
