the Koch's invented the Tea Party in the 1980's. (I believe that may have been while they were still Libertarians, as opposed to the Republicans they now profess to be.) http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2010/08/30/100830fa_... If the author is correct, the Tea Party was nothing but Koch-funded astroturf from the jump, which I find very plausible. Then again, I have no pro-Libertarian (or pro-Paul) OR pro-Republican bias, so I can be objective when it comes to choosing between them.
