5. The judge who first handled his bail
is no longer on the case. I believe the new judge could jail him, but I think they are waiting on the prosecutors to ask that bail be revoked. There is another hearing in December, and that may be when action is taken.

All judges from Centre County where PSU is located have recused themselves. Outside judges with no apparent ties to anybody at PSU have been assigned. The lead judge is the one who presided over the trial for the judges who sent kids to jail for cash.
