And that claim was that people are executed for possessing dope. They're not. That article you linked to was the same mindless crap peddled by sensationalistic shows like Today Tonight which focus on a dewey eyed and innocent Corby descending into a nightmare not of her own making. What bullshit. While I've got no sympathy for her, I've got a fair bit for the Bali Nine, who were screwed over by the Australian police, who not only allowed them to board a flight to Indonesia, but handed over details of their investigation to the Indonesian police, knowing full well that the death penalty was a likely sentence for them when they were arrested. This behaviour from the same country that wouldn't allow an American who murdered his wife on their honeymoon to be extradited back to the US because the US has the death penalty. Hypocrites...
