NO America doesn't outwardly cause specific genocide, like gas
us, or shoot us.  No, America causes genocide by deregulation,
by negligence, by starvation, by endangerment, by massive
accidental and environmental destruction caused by years of
negligence and investment into wars, not services.  

I don't get the mentality of the people anymore.  If we pay
government for services, and they give our money away to
rebuild the infrastructures of other countries we have just
destroyed, instead of our own.. do we just sit around and
complain and act stupid?

Genocide is a provocative word, but planned genocide hides
under the cloak of coincidental stupidity.
