49. Better idea...
Use the tax table we have now up to $100k. 40 percent from $100k to one dollar less than a congressman makes, 50 percent from what a congressman makes to what a senator makes (I know what they make, but this is designed to float with congressional pay raises), 60 percent from what a senator makes to $300,000, 70 percent from $300k to $1 million, and 90 percent above that.
