15. That's what I just can't understand. The sheer minority, the paucity of
numbers in the Tea Party (both participants and financing) make it hard to understand how it can be that influential. If one out of two republicans were Tea Party members, fine. That would answer my question. And it isn't as though it would make a difference if their support were withheld.
