14. What businessman would care?
I mean, besides maybe a business that sold advice on "how to police morals", what difference would it make? There are a whopping 24 (total) in the state, and they're only in counties with less than 400,000 people.

Oh, and are we allowing LVRJ articles again? The lawsuit against DU over?
