Palin's rhetoric has on millions of frustrated Americans.

She has very little empathy and does not really feel what others feel. She simply lacks the capacity to feel real empathy for people she does not personally know. She is very focused on herself, her feelings, her ideas. That's the way she is. Just watch her and you will see this aspect of her.

She cannot really react in a sincere, emotional way to the suffering of another.
