11. The dome is held up by air pressure, like most domes.
One panel got ripped, due to the snow and wind. When that happens the dome deflates. They'll fix that panel, turn the blowers back on, and it will re-inflate. The Metrodome IS heated. As I said, this was an exceptional storm. They'll fix it for a lot less than it would cost to put enough heat into the place to melt almost 20" of snow, I guarantee.
