5. I'm all for leniency, but how about being as lenient with the poor
as with the rich. A felony charges ruins the careers of everyone who is charged. So let's only charge people when it is really needed -- and I think it is needed for the folks on Wall Street, but perhaps not for this accident. I say I don't know whether it would be appropriate for the accident because I don't really know the facts. I couldn't find the article on Huffington Post. For some reason the website was not loading correctly.
