Pointing out the inconsistency of the republican tactics ... they claim that tax cuts for the wealthy will create jobs because many of those that would get the cuts own small businesses. Okay, for the moment, I'll accept that fallacy; but explain to me why we can't guarantee LOANS for them today?

And, okay this program IS like the bail-out of the banks. But guess what? The bank bail out worked! I know, I know ... yes, the bankers at the top siphoned off billions for themselves; but the bail out provided confidence in the market that got bailed out has failed, and most of the money has been paid back, with interest.
