22. Hemp is a biosubstainable, complete protein
Almost a "magic" food! Eat hemp granola, or, if you can stand the flavor, have a hemp protein smoothie. The hemp protein powder is strong-tasting, so use some OJ or a banana to help mask the taste if it's a bit too much from you. Flvegan introduced me to that!

And, hemp is biosubstainable. It's one of the few crops that don't rape the soil.
