6. When 2 or 3 others take the blame before you do, it means nothing.
Especially when you do so in a sort of general way just for formality's sake. Especially when no one to date has been so much as slapped on the wrist for this fiasco.

This means nothing today. It may baloon to more, however, when Condi is eventually forced to resign...

"Mr. President, if you are personally responsible, then why is Dr. Rice resigning?"
