208. I know two WWII vets who came back and were "never themselves" again.
Their wives supported the families and tried to make the best life they could or their families.
People didn't talk to much about it other than to say how smart the one used to be and what a go-getter he was when he was in high school. And they said that the other one had a great personality and that "everyone like to be around him" when he was in high school.
I don't know the details about their service or what they encountered. I know that they were broken men.
