is really skimmed off the top by charities and churches ? You hear from time to time various complaints that much of the money goes to overhead and unnecessary expenses and we all know what that means but no real facts ever seem to come out. Would really help if all of them had to put out financial reports publicly detailing where the money is going. It's bad enough when the government is distributing money to worthwhile causes but I'll bet it's just as bad or worse when it comes to private charities,churches or otherwise.
