really are in jail because of personal pot use. Around here people light up on the street and no one gives a shit.
If there really are people who are sitting in jail because they got busted for pot then they need to be released. I just haven't heard that there was a huge push to prosecute pot uses for years and years.
That's not to say it hasn't happened but I kind of doubt our jails are filled with pot heads.
