The backlash from this will have alot more effect on voter's opinions than flinging the rhetoric ever could. This is a true statement of character that will not sit well with people. It's the kind of poor taste that speaks loudly, beyond the daily classless responses to news stories. He himself created this news story. It's how he wanted it. It really says something about him.

That he doesn't see how shallow it makes him look is only a testament to how shallow the man really is.
