Nation of Islam puts out pretty much the same idea, and black Christian fundies do it in their own way; essentially that homosexuality is "white culture" poisoning the black man and turning black women against black men.

White American fundies do something similar, but it doesn't have the racial overtone. In essence they claim that homosexuality is a cultural poison which travels from urban and academic centers to the heartland.
