"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Almost all these "searches" are taking place without valid warrants. Congress cannot change this by statute. Hence, every time this occurs a felony is committed. The federal government has thus become a racket (as defined in the RICO law - an organization that commits felonies on a long-term basis). Ms. Feinstein violates her oath of office by endorsing/supporting such activities. Oh, and BTW does anyone think the bad guys are going to communicate in plain text?
