| 12. More and more dispensaries |

are opening up in conservative Central California as well. Though no dispensaries are open in Fresno County (yet), we can go to neighboring Tulare, Madera or Kern counties -- maybe an hour to an hour-and-a-half drive round-trip. Believe it or not, some of the little tiny farming communities are hosting them now. They all seem to be out in the boonies but they have a good variety, all grown locally, and you can get plant starts for $15.00/ea.
