And in fact used that thread to take away the traditional 60-vote effect. The super-majority rule was never rescinded, but that is only because the Dems agreed to voluntarily give up their rights. It is time to play that same hardball game. Either the Republicans start acting reasonable or else we'll blow if the Super-majority rule.
