Congressmen/women? Of your senators?
Passing the enabling legislation was THEIR responsibility, after all. And 23 successive Congress' have failed to do their job.
I'm quite sickened by the response I've received from my Congressional/Senatorial delegations...Nick Lampson's office sent out a "thank you for bringing this to our attention"form-letter, and as usual for her hideousness, Kay Hutchison's office has been a stone-wall...sadly, the only reasoned response I've received was from John Cornyn's office which stated that they would be co-sponsoring a bill on this subject...if he actually does, it may be the first thing that he's done while in office that I approve of.
