15. If you were a woman in Texas.....
From my personal observations of males in Texas (spent time there on business), I think has Texas has to be in the top 10 (if not the number 1) state for places where such devices would qualify as "medical necessities", just like Viagra. Hey, maybe insurance companies should be required to pay for them! I bet Laura has a whole drawer full of the things and gets a monthly shipment of batteries. I can see why McCain doesn't think birth control should be paid for by insurance - none of the guys he knows has sex often enough to be in danger of getting a woman pregnant.
