| 146. So what is her state of mind now? |
|
Don't you think it's very possible that she is appalled by her own actions at this point and is deeply remorseful? How do any of us know what is in her heart, especially after so many years to reflect on what she did? I really find it hard to believe she isn't at all sorry, and would change it if she could. Nevertheless, I don't believe in capital punishment, nor cruel and unusual punishment, and given her condition, not allowing her to leave prison to die after serving so many years is cruel and unusual. I guess I'm just a ridiculous bleeding heart liberal. There seem to be a lot of them around here. Go figure.
